ROTOMAGENSIS Pagus
ad utramque Sequanae ripam, ex maiore parte cis, ex minore trans illam, iacet: quarum haec Rodomensis pagus, dicitur, in capitulis Caroli M. A. C. 770. latis: illa Rotmensis a Rotomago, in Capitulis Caroli Calvi apud Silvacum A. C. 853. editis. Hodieque pagi Rotomagensis pars ea, quae trans Sequanam in Nortmannia proprie dicta est posita inter Sequanam et Riselam fluvios, le Romois vocatur, et Burgum Theroldi, Pontem Audomari, Brioniam, aliaque loca complectirur. Pagi autem Rotomagensis nomine tantum ager suburbanus designatur, non autem Veliocasses et Caleti, qui ambo pro capite Rotomagum habent, et paroeciae eius finibus continentur. Vide Hadr. Vales.
